01 — Onboarding
A first impression that earns the next tap.
A three-step onboarding sequence introduces users to discovery, events, and popular trucks — each screen anchored by editorial photography and a quiet, confident type system that lets the imagery do the heavy lifting.

The Problem
Finding good food on wheels was harder than it should be.
Users struggled to discover nearby food trucks, miss out on events, and had no central place to follow their favorite vendors. Operators, in turn, lacked a polished surface to grow audience and capture demand.
The Approach
A discovery-first product with operator-grade depth.
I led the UI/UX from wireframes to high-fidelity Figma screens — a clear information hierarchy, a four-tab core (Home, Search, Map, Profile), and a vendor onboarding flow that doubles as a lightweight CMS for trucks to publish their profiles.
02 — Core experience
Discover, search, and set up — without friction.
The home feed surfaces personalized events and popular trucks. Search returns clean, scannable results with live availability. Vendor onboarding is a guided, four-step flow with a progress indicator that always tells you where you are.

Home feed
Welcome state, featured events with countdown, and a horizontally scrolling Popular Trucks rail.
Search
Result count, status indicators, ratings, and large tap targets sized for one-handed use.
Vendor onboarding
Four-step setup with photo upload, truck identity, slogan, and description.
03 — Outcomes
