01 — Overview
One product, two audiences.
Field employees needed a fast, low-friction way to log their daily activity from a phone. Admins needed a clean web dashboard with centralized tables and one-click exports. Both flows share a single visual system designed in Figma.
The Problem
Daily reporting was paper, chats, and spreadsheets.
Service companies were losing hours every week reconciling fragmented data from field teams. Admins had no real-time visibility, and report generation was a manual end-of-month scramble.
The Approach
Effortless input, centralized output.
I designed an intuitive mobile flow for quick data capture, paired with a web admin area built around clear tables and filters. Reports export to Excel or PDF in one tap, with a consistent visual hierarchy across both surfaces.
